Privacy policy
This page covers the personal data collected on this website. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
Who is responsible
The controller for data collected on this website is the company operating the Accivo platform. For anything in this policy, contact hello@accivo.io.
What we collect, and why
When you submit the Book a demo form we collect what you type: your office name, your name, your work email, optionally a phone number, the package you are interested in, and your message. We use it for exactly one purpose — to respond to your request and arrange the demo or access you asked for. The legal basis is your consent, given by the checkbox on the form, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
If you sign in to an office account, our authentication provider (Auth0) processes your login credentials and we receive your email address and role so the right office console can be shown to you.
This website sets no advertising trackers and runs no third-party analytics.
How long we keep it
Demo requests are kept while we are in contact with you about them and deleted when the conversation is over and no follow-up is expected — at the latest 24 months after your last reply, unless you have become a customer, in which case your data is kept under the customer agreement instead.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except the service providers we need to run this website — hosting, authentication (Auth0), and payments (Stripe, for customers) — each of which processes data only on our instructions. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Client accounting data
The documents and accounting records that accounting offices process on the Accivo platform are governed by the data processing agreement each office signs with us — not by this page. In that relationship the office is the controller and we are the processor.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and complain to your supervisory authority (in Cyprus: the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection). Email hello@accivo.io and we will respond within one month.
